Privacy Notice

Last updated: 9 September 2026

Who we are and what this notice covers

ONYX TRENDS FZCO (Onyx), established in DMCC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for personal information handled through this website and direct enquiries to us. Our activities include residences in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and London. This notice covers website browsing, enquiries and the London reporting described below; separate notices and contractual terms may apply to accommodation bookings and services provided by appointed operators.

Contact us about privacy at [email protected]. Our website contact address is Office 1404, The Dome Tower, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Cluster N, P.O. Box 7042, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Information involved

If you email or call us, you choose which information to provide, such as your name, contact details, property or business interests and the contents of your enquiry. Please avoid sending passport copies, payment-card details or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

Website delivery and security services may process technical information such as IP address, requested pages, browser information, time of access and security events. The current homepage does not provide a booking form, payment facility or account registration. See our Cookie Policy for information about infrastructure and resources on older pages.

London property — information received from our UK property manager

For our London property, we receive periodic statements from our appointed UK property manager, currently Let Club Ltd, containing guest names, stay dates and rental amounts. This information is received from the operator rather than collected through the Onyx homepage. We use these statements for accounting purposes. They are accessed by our internal personnel, our external accountants and our auditors in connection with accounting and audit activities. The operator’s own privacy information applies to its handling of bookings and property management; it does not replace information about Onyx’s use of the statements.

Purposes and legal grounds

We use enquiry information to understand and respond to requests and arrange relevant discussions. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting and protection against abuse. Information may also be needed to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

The legal basis depends on the activity and the law that applies. Enquiries may involve steps you request before entering into a contract. Accounting records may be processed to comply with applicable record-keeping obligations. Where UK GDPR applies, necessary accounting and audit processing may also rely on our legitimate interests in maintaining accurate business records, subject to the rights and interests of the individuals concerned. Where consent is required for a particular activity, that consent must be specific to the activity. Sending an enquiry does not constitute consent to unrelated marketing.

Service providers and other recipients

The website uses hosting and Cloudflare delivery and security services. Email communications also involve email service providers. Access to enquiry information should be limited to personnel and providers who need it for the relevant purpose. If your request requires involvement of an appointed property operator, the proposed sharing and the operator's role should be explained before information is passed on, unless another lawful requirement applies. Authorities or professional advisers may receive information where legally required or necessary for a legal matter.

Statements concerning our London property are made available to Onyx in the UAE. Hosting, email and professional service providers may also process information in other countries. Applicable international-transfer requirements depend on the parties and the data flow, including UK requirements where relevant. For questions about the destinations, recipients and transfer arrangements relevant to your information, contact [email protected].

Retention and security

Retention depends on the purpose, the duration of an enquiry or business relationship, applicable record-keeping requirements and any legal claim. For accounting statements and supporting records, the retention period is determined by applicable accounting, tax and audit requirements and any need to retain records for legal proceedings. Information should be deleted or anonymised when no longer required. Contact us for the retention arrangements relevant to your information.

Appropriate access controls and technical and organisational safeguards are necessary to protect personal information. No website or email transmission can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies and its conditions, you may request information about processing, access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or cessation of processing, or transfer of your information. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it; withdrawal does not retrospectively invalidate lawful processing. You may also raise a complaint with the competent authority. Where UK data protection law applies, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office: https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.

Email [email protected] with your request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Mandatory retention requirements and other lawful exceptions may limit a request.

Other websites and updates

External providers and accommodation operators have their own privacy notices. This notice does not replace them. We will revise this notice when relevant website features or processing arrangements change.
